Scope of services

These terms govern every project MarbleVision undertakes. Each engagement is defined by a written scope of work covering deliverables, shoot dates, revision rounds and fees. Where this document and a signed scope disagree, the signed scope takes precedence.

Quotes and acceptance

Quotes are valid for 30 days. A project is confirmed once you accept the scope in writing and the deposit clears. Dates are held only from the point of confirmation, not from a verbal agreement.

Client responsibilities

  • Supplying brand assets, logos and approved copy by the agreed dates
  • Securing site access, permissions and any talent your side is providing
  • Nominating one approver empowered to sign off on revisions
  • Returning feedback within five business days at each review stage

Fees and payment

A 50% deposit is due on confirmation, with the balance payable on delivery of final files. Invoices are net 14. Overdue balances accrue interest at 1.5% per month, and final files are released once payment clears.

Intellectual property

We retain ownership of raw footage, project files and working assets. On full payment you receive a perpetual, worldwide licence to use the delivered final assets across the channels named in your scope. Broadcast, out-of-home and paid-media usage beyond that scope is quoted separately. We keep the right to show finished work in our portfolio unless your scope includes a confidentiality clause.

Liability

Our aggregate liability for any project is capped at the total fees paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit or missed campaign windows arising from causes outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, and disputes fall to the courts of St. Charles County.

What we collect

  • Project correspondence and briefing material you send us
  • Billing information processed by our payment provider, never stored on our servers
  • Standard analytics: pages viewed, referring source, approximate region, device type

How we use it

We use your information to quote and deliver projects, to invoice, to respond to enquiries, and to improve the site. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Legal basis

We process contact and project data to perform our contract with you, analytics data on the basis of legitimate interest, and marketing email only with your consent. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Who we share it with

Limited categories of processor only: our payment provider, our email and file-transfer platforms, and our accountants. Each is bound by contract to handle your data on our instructions alone.

Cookies

The site uses essential cookies to function and analytics cookies to measure traffic. You can block cookies in your browser without losing access to any part of the site.

Retention

Project records are held for seven years to satisfy tax and contractual obligations. Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Raw footage is archived for 12 months after delivery unless you ask us to hold it longer.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, ask for deletion, or object to processing. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy

At MarbleVision (“MarbleVision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) we are committed to providing high-quality commercial video, photography, content production and creative services. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing or engaging our services, as it governs all refunds, returns and cancellations.

By purchasing or subscribing to any MarbleVision service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms below.

1. Refund policy

1.1 Five-day refund window. Clients have five (5) calendar days from the date payment is made to request a refund.

1.2 All sales final after five days. If MarbleVision is not notified of a refund request within this five-day window, all sales become final and no refund, in whole or in part, will be issued after this period, regardless of the reason for the request.

1.3 How to request a refund. To request a refund within the eligible window, clients must submit a written request to [email protected] that includes:

  • Full name and account or order details
  • Date of purchase
  • Reason for the refund request

Refund requests submitted by phone or verbally will not be accepted. A written request by email is required so that a documented record exists.

1.4 Review and processing. All refund requests submitted within the five-day window will be reviewed by MarbleVision. Approved refunds are processed to the original method of payment within seven business days.

Refunds under this policy apply only to fees paid directly to MarbleVision for its services. Refunds do not apply to, and MarbleVision has no ability to reverse, any advertising spend. Ad spend and other miscellaneous charges are billed directly to the payment method the client provides on the relevant ad platform and are paid by the client to that platform, not to MarbleVision. Any dispute regarding ad spend must be directed to the applicable advertising platform and/or the client’s card issuer or bank.

2. No returns

MarbleVision provides commercial video, photography, content production and creative services, not physical or downloadable products. As such, MarbleVision does not offer returns of any kind. All services rendered are considered used and non-returnable once delivery or work has commenced.

3. Cancellation policy

3.1 Five-day cancellation window. Clients may cancel their service agreement within five (5) calendar days of the date payment is made.

3.2 How to cancel. To cancel, clients must submit a written cancellation request to [email protected] within the five-day window, including their name, account details and date of purchase.

3.3 Cancellations after five days. Cancellation requests submitted after the five-day window will not be accepted, and the client remains responsible for the full terms of the service agreement, including any associated fees or remaining contract obligations.

4. Exceptions

MarbleVision reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy at its sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. Any exception granted does not waive MarbleVision’s right to enforce this policy strictly in the future.

Shipping Policy

MarbleVision (“MarbleVision,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides commercial video, photography, content production and creative services. We do not sell, ship or deliver any physical products.

No physical shipping

No shipping charges, shipping timelines or shipping methods apply to any purchase made through MarbleVision. There are no packages, tracking numbers or delivery addresses associated with our services.

How services are delivered

All MarbleVision services are delivered electronically and/or remotely, which may include:

  • Email communication
  • Secure download links and cloud file transfer
  • Client review and approval links
  • Video calls or virtual meetings
  • Digital masters, platform exports, photo libraries and campaign assets

Because there is no physical product to ship, service delivery begins according to the timeline outlined in your service agreement, invoice or onboarding communication rather than a shipping carrier’s delivery window.
